(This word has stuck with me ever since my mom-in-law told me that hubby used to call an elephant a heffalump when he was a child)
Scaly critters
Now this cuddly creature right above in the last three photos almost "rocked the boat" so to speak. A mother and daughter (daughter was probably in her twenties), sitting in front of us were animatedly discussing the size of this croc when suddenly the daughter asked if it was real, someone at the back of the boat suggested that she get out and pat it on the head to find out. Needless to say the young lady actually stood up to do so prompting the rest of us to shout out for her to sit down as the croc was very much alive and would enjoy her for a snack if she even attempted putting a foot out of the boat.
Sunset
Our trip had come to and end and my inner IWF was devastated and heart broken, but absolutely ECSTATIC! at everything we had seen during the last three hours.
